  1. Hotel Reservations
    1. Delegates wishing to book accommodation listed above must make their reservation via the conference Registration Form and return it to Generalturist before 31 March. Generalturist will assist delegates in finding suitable accommodation after this date.
    2. All reservations must be made by postal mail, fax, e-mail or via the online Registration Form.
    3. Reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Generalturist will contact you directly to find a solution if your chosen accommodation is no longer available.
    4. A deposit amounting to a one-night stay in your first choice of hotel is due with this Registration Form. The balance for your hotel accommodation will be paid to the hotel before departure.
    5. In the event of non-arrival on the specified day, the reservation will be released automatically at 09:00 on the following day and you will lose your deposit. Please advise Generalturist of your approximate arrival time if you are arriving after 18:00.

  2. Cancellation of Conference Registration and Accommodation Reservations
    1. Conference registration and accommodation reservations can only be cancelled in writing to Generalturist.
    2. The deposit for accommodation cancelled before 31 March will be refunded less a handling fee of 150 kuna plus any bank charges incurred. On or after 1 April, the deposit for your accommodation is not refundable.
    3. Conference Registration cancelled before 30 April will be refunded subject to a 260 kuna administration charge plus any bank charges incurred. Cancellations made on or after 1 May will not be refunded. Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a delegate, please contact Generalturist at the earliest opportunity.
    4. All refunds will be made after the Conference and within two months.

  4. Please note that delegate contact details will be kept on the TERENA database, which will only be used by TERENA. If you would like your record to the deleted after the Conference, please notify TERENA by e-mail (secretariat@terena.nl) or in writing to TERENA Secretariat, Singel 468 D, 1017 AW Amsterdam, Netherlands.
